Terms, Conditions & Policies
Cancellation Policy We understand situations arise which may require you to cancel or reschedule your reserved session. Since we purchase ingredients and supplies specifically for each session, we require a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice of your cancellation. If you are unable to attend your session, we can assemble your entrees for you at n extra charge.
Protecting Your Privacy The Kitchen is committed to the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. We use personal information for reasonable and appropriate purposes. It is The Kitchens aim that if your personal information is processed by The Kitchen you will at all times feel confident that your privacy is respected and that due care is taken regarding your personal information. Personal information will be used within The Kitchen and will not, without consent, be used or disclosed to an external third party for any purpose other than, for which it was collected. We assure you that no personal information will be collected or used if you are just browsing The Kitchen's website.
Personal Information When booking a session you will need to provide some personal information such as name, address, email address, phone number for the purpose of processing your order, to create a customer profile, for notification purposes i.e. to confirm session registration and to provide you with periodic emails or mailings about our promotions and services. You will also need to select a user name and password to verify your identity for future access to your account. All of this information is used strictly for the purpose mentioned above and will not be shared or sold to any other party or organization. Any Customer Feedback comments used on our website or in promotional material will only be done so with permission.
Credit Card Authorization A credit card will be required to confirm and process your order. We will not see your credit card number nor have access to your credit card number after it is processed.Your number is not kept on file in our system.
Updates or Changes to this Policy The Kitchen reserves the right to update or change this policy periodically and solely for the purpose of better protecting itself and the customers. All existing customers will be notified by email of any substantial changes made to the existing policy.
Customer Policy Before we can confirm your session you, the customer, agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I will follow all the rules of conduct, policies and procedures with respect to the use of The Kitchen's facility during my scheduled session.
- I assume full responsibility for the proper transportation and storage of all my entrees assembled at or by The Kitchen Following the end of my scheduled session.
- I will promptly freeze my assembled entrees at or below temperatures of minus 18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).I will store all thawed dinners below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- I will follow the cooking, baking or heating instructions provided on all assembled meals from The Kitchen. If using the pre-assembly, pick-up or delivery service,
- I will take full responsibility to follow and adhere to all terms and conditions stated in this policy.
- I have read and understand The Kitchen's Cancellation Policy.
- I agree to release The Kitchen from all claims, damages and liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of The Kitchen's entrees. This is in exception to determined gross negligence of The Kitchen.
